ESP’s Talent division is Australia’s leading athlete and personality management group and has earned the respect of talent, governing bodies, media, clubs and sponsors alike. ESP guides the careers of athletes and personalities in major domestic and international sports, and across all forms of the media industry.

Our AFL player management team includes six AFLPA Accredited Agents managing the affairs of over 140 players from all 16 Clubs. Our player/manager ratio of approximately 25 to one ensures that players receive regular personal contact from an ESP Agent. Our players benefit from being part of a full-time, professional sports management organisation with offices around Australia.

Aside from AFL, ESP Talent manages the marketing and media of some of Australia’s highest profile current and retired Olympic athletes.

ESP Talent also represents around 10% of players in the A-League in addition to several overseas based players in its’ growing football player management team.

ESP Talent also takes great pride in assisting a number of our talent in making the successful transition from competition to coaching, media careers and the next phase of their life. The move into media has been especially successful for our talent, with ESP’s relationships extending well beyond the sporting world, to other areas of the media industry.
